Much as Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag was a highlight of the PS4/Xbox One launch, Ubisoft has once again bestowed a new AC title onto the next-generation systems. The dlc's are "meant" to be played after the main story but it's really up to you. Both dlc's will give you new weapons, outfits and mounts. Dlc1 you get 1 outfit and 2 mounts, dlc2 you get 2 outfits and 1 mount plus various weapons in both. Playing them early won't realy spoil too much as far as the story goes.

I'm playing through the Assassin's Creed Chronicles Trilogy Pack on PS5 right now. It runs beautifully at a smooth 60 and I've had no issues. Considering the fan outcry for a 60fps patch for Odyssey and Origins and that Ubisoft actually listened and patched Odyssey, I think you might be better off waiting for an Origins patch. Up to you!
